I love Dr. Howell..he listens and I highly recommend him. My problem is with persciption refills and the front desk when I call and am put on hold when calling to ask about them. Today I called regarding a perscription I called into my pharmacy last Tues. the 7th..today is the 13th. I always call a week prior to being out to allow Dr. to call in perscrip and give pharmacy time to fill it. I'm still without my medication and after being on hold for over 10 mins. I called back because I have to leave the house and need to know if my meds have been called in. I understand there are calls in front of me but as I tried to explain I'd been on hold for over 10 min. prior I was hung up on and put back on hold..no explanation or "I'm sorry but there are calls ahead of you". This has happened to me more than once and quite frankly I'm tired of the rudeness.

Dr. Shannon Walko listens, makes decisions that are what is needed, and takes into consideration the whole body approach. She is very smart, and knows a lot about medications, and their cross effects, and makes very informed decisions. I love her!

Thank you Dr Howell for taking such good care of me! You always listen and offer suggestions but leave the final decisions up to me :) Also thanks for taking on my mother as a patient. I know she has not always been the easiest patient ;)You're the best!!
