Lakeshore Health Partners’ Message to our Patients and Families

Lakeshore Health Partners (LHP) physicians and offices remain available to care for you and your family during this time of social distancing. Please note:

  • Phone hours at LHP physician offices are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Office hours are by appointment ONLY, and all patients will be pre-screened.
  • Patients with signs of a respiratory illness will be screened via phone and/or video to determine if an in-office appointment is necessary.
  • All LHP offices now offer Virtual Visits that can be done by video or telephone.
    • To request a Virtual Visit, patients will need a Lakeshore Patient Portal account along with the HEALOW app installed on a smartphone or tablet. Call your provider’s office for the information needed to get set up.

Our providers and staff continue to provide for your routine health care needs as well as ill visit appointments with several added precautions in place to keep you safe, including:

  • Screening all staff, physicians, patients and visitors. People will be asked questions and their temperature will be taken before entry.
  • Limiting the number of visitors who accompany patients to the office.
  • Pediatric patients may have one parent or guardian with them.
  • Adult patients are asked to come to the office unaccompanied, unless assistance is required. Guests may be asked to wait in their vehicle.
  • In specific circumstances, staff and physicians may be wearing protective gowns, gloves and masks to protect staff and patients.

The health and wellness of our patients, staff and providers is our top priority. We thank you in advance for adjusting to these temporary restrictions.
